This Privacy Policy describes how Chuchen Technology (Xiamen) Co., Ltd (取辰科技（厦门）有限公司, “we”, “our”, “Keychar”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit keychar.com or use our applications and services (collectively, the “Services”), including but not limited to iFocuspace.

We design our products to collect as little personal information as possible. Where we do collect information, we explain what, why, and how — and we never sell it.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide

When you contact us at hello@keychar.com or any of our other email addresses, we receive the information you choose to send — typically your email address and the contents of your message. We use this information solely to respond to you and to follow up where appropriate.

1.2 Information collected automatically

Our website is served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare automatically processes basic request metadata (such as IP address, user agent, and timestamp) for the purpose of delivering the website, mitigating abuse, and producing aggregated traffic statistics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers and we do not set marketing cookies.

1.3 Information in our applications

Each Keychar application has its own data handling, disclosed in its App Store privacy label and in-app documentation. As a general rule:

We prefer on-device storage and processing where it is technically possible.
Where data is synchronised across your devices, we use Apple’s iCloud, which is encrypted and accessed only by you through your Apple Account.
If an application requires a server component, we will disclose what data is sent and why, and we will minimise retention.

2. How we use information

To operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
To comply with applicable laws and to enforce our terms.
To diagnose technical issues and protect against fraud or abuse.

We do not use your personal information for advertising, profiling for marketing, or sale to third parties.

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the Services (for example, our website host and our email provider), and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their function. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your information.

We may disclose information if we are required to do so by law, by a valid order of a court of competent jurisdiction, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Keychar, our users, or the public.

4. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, or as required by law. Email correspondence is typically retained for up to 24 months unless a longer retention period is required.

5. Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the information we collect. The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. However, no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. International transfers

We are based in Xiamen, China. Our website infrastructure (Cloudflare) and email providers may process data in other jurisdictions. By using the Services, you acknowledge that information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own.

7. Children

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have done so, please contact us at privacy@keychar.com and we will delete it.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of your personal information, and to object to processing or to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@keychar.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last reviewed” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on our website or, where appropriate, through our applications.
