Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of keychar.com and any applications, software, or services offered by Chuchen Technology (Xiamen) Co., Ltd (取辰科技（厦门）有限公司, “we”, “our”, “Keychar”) (collectively, the “Services”), including but not limited to iFocuspace.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Services in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or their related systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our applications except as expressly permitted by law;
• Use the Services to transmit malware, harmful code, or unsolicited communications.

3. Intellectual property

The Services, including their design, layout, text, graphics, source code, and trademarks, are owned by Chuchen Technology (Xiamen) Co., Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services.

The names “Keychar,” “Chuchen,” “取辰,” “iFocuspace,” and the associated logos are trademarks of Chuchen Technology (Xiamen) Co., Ltd.

4. Third-party services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services (including the Apple App Store, Google Play, iCloud, and Cloudflare). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chuchen Technology (Xiamen) Co., Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred Chinese yuan (¥100).

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chuchen Technology (Xiamen) Co., Ltd and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue in effect.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the competent courts located in Xiamen, Fujian, China.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last reviewed” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
